We normally hold your booking as an option for 3 days, after which it will be automatically cancelled unless you have confirmed the booking with us by email or Fax.
When booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of the arrival we will need the full cost.
In order to confirm your booking, the deposit must be paid

Payment
You can pay by cheque or direct bank transfer.
Guests are responsible for any damage
or loss

them. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct to the owners
